Some chicken and veggies with corn sauce
It is complete disaster.
The chicken is hard as rock.
I better marinating it next time,
Then fried it.
The veggies is fine and delicious
The sauce, i made it hot.
Hot chili corn sauce is weird.
I should make the hot sauce differently,
The butter taste is so strong..it killed the sauce, the corn taste.
I should not add corn flour. It ruined it. Destroying the textures.
